Human HP provides a personal AI assistant, AI image generation, personal wallpapers, and news aggregation. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of the content you create, including logos, images, wallpapers, and conversations. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you generate and submit.

AI responses and images are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. Always verify important information independently. AI output is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

News articles are aggregated from third-party publishers. We do not own that content; all rights remain with the original sources. Use the provided links to visit the original publishers for full articles.

The Service includes monthly limits on AI responses and image generation. These limits may change over time. We may suspend or restrict access if limits are exceeded or if the Service is abused.

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us. Your content remains yours. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
